Rules
of Association
The Association
shall be called:
Koondoola
Ratepayers And
Tenants Action
Group Inc.
a. The Objects
of the
Association are
to promote the
development and
well being of
the suburb of
Koondoola.
b. The property
and income of
the Association
shall be applied
to the promotion
of the objects
of the
Association and
no part of that
property or
income may be
paid or
otherwise
distributed,
directly to
members, except
in good faith in
the promotion of
those objects.
a. Membership
shall be
extended to all
ratepayers and
tenants of the
suburb of
Koondoola.
Absentee
ratepayers may
apply to have a
representative
with full voting
rights subject
to approval by
the committee.
b. The committee
reserves the
right to approve
or revoke
membership.
A register of
financial
members is to be
kept by the
General
Secretary.
Members shall be
deemed financial
and eligible to
vote when they
have paid the
annual
subscription
which amount
shall be
determined by
the committee.
a. The committee
shall consist of
the offices of ;
Chairperson,
Treasurer and
General
Secretary and a
minimum of 3
Committee
members shall be
elected at an
annual general
meeting by a
simple majority
of the
membership. The
Committee may
set a maximum
number of
committee
members subject
to the
ratification by
the general
membership.
