FROM THE HOT SEAT

Last meeting was our annual general meeting and as you might have guessed many of the positons remained the same. I was "lucky" one to be elected to chairman for the next two years. Annette volunteered for the secretary's position which has been vacant for a short while. She has the task of sorting out our small box of mail. I'm sure she'll do a magnificent job. Ron is now the editor and I hope he knows what he's let himself in for. Most of the other positions remain the same and I thank the members who are dedicated to the improvement of our suburb. In particular I thank the new people who turned up and supported us by joining.

Next years meetings could be on the first Tuesday or Wednesday of the month. We will be deciding which one to book during the barbecue. Please come along and vote. If you decide for Tuesday you may need another chairman as all Council meetings will be on Tuesdays.

As the new Pen Man I would like to say Hi to all the members and residents of Koondoola and thankyou for your part in the positive improvements and attitudes in our community, Koondoola really has taken some giant leaps forward in the last few year's and with your continued support there's no limit to what can be achieved in the future in our community.
I look forward to meeting you all at the barbecue and meeting on Friday 8th at Alans house.
