(ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING)
Please note that as we promised last October, we are declaring all positions vacant and calling nominations from the floor. All new elected positions will be for a two year term.
Tuesday
the 7TH of NOVEMBER at 7.30PM
It
is with much sadness that I have to inform you that Vernon A. Parker, a founding member of KRATAG passed away
suddenly on the 25th of September.
Vern
had a heart Koondoola and as late as that morning he was at my home
ringing up and stirring up action. Vern
served as Waddington area co-ordinator for the Neighbourhood Watch, Vice
President of the Koondoola Progress Association, Secretary K.R.A.T.A.G.,
Chairman of the Waddington Primary School Progress Committee and founding
member of the Warwick Safer WA branch.
He actively lobbied the Police and kept the staff hopping at
Warwick Police Station on our behalf.
He also encouraged me to stand for Council.
I
would take this opportunity to thank the many people of Koondoola who
attended his funeral.
Vern leaves a wife Cecilia and two children Kai and Lara.
We ask that you pray for them and consider their welfare at this
time.
Offers of support can be sent to Till Campbell C/- Waddington
Primary School.

Chairmans Annual Report |
|
The
first year of KRATAG is over and we have made some good inroads into
long awaited needs for our rapidly changing suburb. I acknowledge
the support of our hard working team and of the community in making
these projects so immediately successful. (Remember your membership gives us strength.)
We adopted a friendly but logical and firm approach in all
our submissions and were always well received. Our first
consideration was for the community in which we live and we value
your continued support. |
