  A sense of place of belonging is often established by favourite things an identification with what we find comfortable. I guess it contributes to keeping order in our lives and in the world. Highlights can be part of our favourite things and to reminisce about them by putting them in hard copy also helps to create that safe zone and area where we feel warm comfy at home...

            Macs Highlights Interesting and Informative ...

Macs Critique     I have decided that this is a good place for my general rambling about different subjects as I think of them  Plus you can respond if you want... 

Critique One    One thing of interest maybe I do not know wether films interest you or not and I am an Australian and not all that pro American that is to say nothing personal and all because this is a good point    The film THE AMERICAN PRESIDENT has to be one of the best soppy type romance story that I have seen for some time it is absolutely fantastic I think I must have watch the film at least 10 times already  So there you go one for the good ole US of A

Critique Two    Of course my most favourite film of late has to be BRAVE HEART this has got to be one of the greatest films of all time [only my opinion of course] but I am usually very harsh on films and I get into trouble here at home because of that 

Critique Three     Well now the Star Wars trilogy shapes up pretty well science fiction wise it is right up there...
Episodes IV V VI  Star Wars A New Hope  The Empire Strikes Back  Return of the Jedi
and now of course we have the new ones Episodes  I II and III to come
The Phantom Menace  The Attack of the Clones  Coming Soon...

Critique Four    To top it all off The Lord of the Rings Trilogy The Fellowship of the Rings and Coming soon The Two Towers and The Return of the King  Fantastic stuff if you have not seen the first one then get to it you have no idea what you are missing...Critique Five if your interested in computer games  my favourites amongst these would have to be
AGE OF EMPIRES [Best ever]  LORD of the REALM II [Second best ever]
CAESAR II [Third best ever]  A BRIDGE TOO FAR [Fourth best ever]
CLOSE COMBAT [Fifth best ever]  These are just a few If you would like to debate the value of my judgement or just want to send me a note on your views
