Looking Forward ...
Do we not as we sit in Silence and Contemplate our past, often say to ourselves that we were perhaps Reckless, Carefree and Scary when we look back on the troubles of our youth. Now as we are maybe, just that little older and wiser, we think maybe we would of done things differently given our time over. But then we often also can look at what we have now and say well hey maybe this is not so bad either. It is after all only the way we do look at our current situations comparing past and present that allow us to grow and develop from the mistakes of our youth.
A learning curve as they would say that takes us to new horizons, new mistakes to make and learn from, new adventures through the journey of life that guide us and teach us slowly the important happenings of our lives that we can remember hold onto and cherish as we mature along the way. I have often found that in many situations that I have found myself, they would seem to be almost unattainable as far as digging my way out of them, but upon analysing the given situation it never seems quite as bad after a little thought and given a little time.
Even times when I have considered myself to be at rock bottom and can not see in my mind a light at the end of the tunnel, I have found that with time and contemplation you can rebuild with a sense of rebirth, a new beginning, a fresh start even a hunger from within to want to change yourself for the better, to recreate a new you. So whenever you feel down, despairing, lonely, at a crisis point in your life, you can although it may seem hopeless, impossible to come back, turn it all around by looking back on your past and thinking well I just am no so bad off as I thought and create a new you from the ashes of your past.
If that doesn't work another trick I often use is to compare my what might seem major problems or crises to that of other peoples, which usually turns my situations to mere puddles in the great expansion of the oceans of life's traumas. So Go Forth Go Onward Go Ever Forward Look to The Goodness The Brightness The Happiness The Beautifulness The Wondrous The Sometimes Unbelievable Uniqueness of Humanity on the Planet we call Mother Earth Humanities Greatest Obstacle is Often Simply Ourselves !!
